TK Yong
Managing Manager
TK started his career as a Project Manager with a major developer and ventured into subcontracting after 15 years. His reputation in the industry is built on his determination to finish the job on time. Key to this approach is his practice of working closely with main contractors to solve any obstacles encountered. With more than $300 million worth of projects completed to date, TK’s reputation has made Livefirm one of the most sought-after major subcontractors in the market.

Frederick Chua
General Manager
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA®) and certified Risk Manager (CRMA®) who has specialised in financial controlling, internal control and risk management. Frederick served in a listed public company as General Manager for more than eight years, which sharpened his skills in all aspects of management. In his current role he ensures Livefirm is equipped with the right talent and resources to gear for growth.

Jacky Wong
Construction Manager
Jacky is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with 19 years of experience in the industry. He has managed more than 50 projects with a combined value exceeding $200 million. High-level planning and effective resource management skills are what makes Jacky central to Livefirm’s operations. The results can be seen in minimal variation work at the work site – and smiles on the faces of our project partners.

Boon Chez Lim
Senior Project Manager
Boon spent 13 years in the Singapore construction industry, starting as Site Engineer and working his way up to Project Manager. He has worked in high-rise developments over 28 storeys and completed projects within tight contractual timeframes. Since bringing his experience to New Zealand, Boon has developed superb communication skills with clients and design teams, ensuring all expectations are met.
Daniel Liu
Project Manager
Daniel has over 6 years of working experience as a mechanical engineer in China. Beginning as a carpenter after moving to New Zealand, he progress as a site supervisor and site manager before reaching his current position. With more than 16 years of experience in practice and management, he holds both carpentry and site 2 licenses. He has gained a well known reputation within the field drawing upon both his mechanical and construction knowledge and skills when solving problems. To achieve the best results, Daniel ensures the completion of projects in a timely and efficient manner, having completed over 30 commercial construction projects to an excellent standard. Supporting younger managers and developing a strong, high performance team, he aims to meet and exceed expectations.
Daniel is an iron man with an iron book. Once he has planned and written down the program, he will resource all means to make sure it materialise.

Satish Prema
Project Manager
Born and raised in New Zealand, Satish brings Kiwi ingenuity and a determination to exceed client expectations. He is results-driven with a commitment to quality projects and relationship management. Satish works closely with the designers and his site teams to ensure they receive the support and information they need. A carpenter by trade, Satish is a Licensed Building Practitioner holding both Carpentry and Site licenses.

Warren Tang
Commercial Manager
Warren started his career in Malaysia from 2009 as Quantity Surveyor with 3 years’ experience in Main Contractor and Consultant sector. He later moved to New Zealand in 2012 and joined Livefirm Construction as project quantity surveyor and managed independently more than 25 projects with a combined value over $100 million. Warren has developed multitasking with precision skills and effective time management to manage various project simultaneously but keep everything on track.
