Tim joined LIVEFIRM in 2018 and has 8 years of commercial construction experience in New Zealand. He holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from AUT, is PMP certified, and is a Licensed Building Practitioner.

Tim has managed a range of critical site activities, including programming, methodology planning, material coordination, and overseeing safety and quality. His hands-on contributions span major builds such as Life Apartments and Seascape, where he led deep foundation works, complex mass concrete pours, and pre-cast coordination. He brings a methodical, delivery-focused approach to every project, ensuring efficiency and alignment with tight construction programmes.
