Mitesh has 10 years of construction experience in New Zealand, where he began as an apprentice and progressed into site supervision and site management roles at LIVEFIRM. With qualifications including a Diploma in Applied Technology (Building), a National Certificate in Carpentry, Licensed Building Practitioner (Site 1) status, and membership in the New Zealand Certified Builders Association, he brings a solid balance of trade knowledge, supervision, and structured site leadership.

His experience includes supervising multi-trade teams on healthcare and apartment developments, including Middlemore Hospital’s New Neonatal Ward and the Onehunga Mall Club Apartments, where he led teams of up to 30 carpenters. He has also delivered carpentry and concrete scopes across multiple Auckland Airport projects and managed the installation of specialised systems such as fire-rated panels, insulation, and lining packages with various main contractors. Mitesh is known for accountability, clear coordination, and a proactive focus on Health, Safety and Environment compliance, with a practical approach to resolving site issues quickly to protect programme and quality outcomes.
