Turenne Lee

Assistant Site Manager

Turenne has eight years of New Zealand construction experience, combining a practical carpentry background with a strong academic foundation. He began as a carpenter and progressed into site management roles in LIVEFIRM. He holds a double major in Construction Management and Economics, supporting a well-rounded approach to programme, resources, and site coordination.

Turenne’s experience includes commercial fit-out on the University of Auckland B201 redevelopment, where he led a team of up to 15 carpenters. On the Auckland Airport WP1 project, he supervised up to 30 workers across internal and external carpentry scopes. He is recognised for disciplined planning of labour, plant, and materials, thorough drawing and specification review, and strong quality assurance practices to get work right the first time. With clear communication on work methods and prompt issue resolution, Turenne supports safe, efficient delivery aligned with LIVEFIRM’s site standards.

"LIVEFIRM were an integral part of the success of the recently completed Engineering School for Auckland University. LIVEFIRM carried out both the concrete and carpentry packages. I would describe LIVEFIRM as a professional, user-friendly sub-contractor, with senior management both visible and actively involved with supporting their site teams. Overall a well-resourced sub-contractor who looks to continually improve especially in the Health & Safety space.”
