Scott brings over 20 years of commercial and residential construction experience to his role, with hands-on expertise spanning structural works, carpentry, steel stud works, external cladding, internal linings, and full fit-out.

He has led carpentry teams of up to 40 people and is skilled at coordinating with project and site managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep complex builds on track. Known for his practical leadership and sharp problem-solving skills, Scott consistently drives high standards and smooth site delivery.

Since returning to the team, Scott has reintegrated seamlessly. His strong site presence and decisive approach continue to contribute to successful project outcomes across the South Island.
