With 11 years in construction, Eugene brings a strong trade-based foundation and steady leadership to site delivery. He started with LIVEFIRM as a carpenter and progressed into site management roles. With four years in residential and seven years in commercial work, he is known for maintaining high standards in structural concrete, formwork, and carpentry supervision, while keeping safety and quality central to daily operations.

Eugene has led large teams on complex commercial builds, including supervising 60 carpenters on the University of Auckland B507 project and coordinating 40 carpenters on a data centre project. He has also supported delivery on Starship Hospital and Port of Auckland works. A National Certificate in Carpentry (Level 4) underpins his hands-on approach, with a focus on clear coordination, proactive problem-solving, and delivering workmanship that meets LIVEFIRM’s expectations.
