Ethan has delivered both residential and commercial projects. In his supervision roles, he has led teams on major sites including the Auckland Airport Pullman Hotel, Site 6 of the Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct, and the University of Auckland Recreation and Wellness Centre.
