With over 24 years of experience in the construction industry, Bin is known for his focus on efficiency, attention to detail, and consistent delivery within tight programmes. He is a Licensed Building Practitioner in Carpentry, Site 1 & 2, and Foundations F1 & F2, holds multiple national certificates, and is currently completing a Diploma in Construction Management.

Bin leads large-scale residential builds with a practical, solution-focused approach. He has overseen complex developments such as the 62-unit Westgate terraces and the 82-unit walk-up apartments in Te Atatū. His ability to coordinate subcontractors, maintain workflow, and uphold safety and quality standards ensures projects stay on track and meet demanding timelines.
