Located on the corner of France and Karaka Streets, this newly developed apartment building comprises 107 apartments over nine levels, 1262 m2 of commercial/retail space on the ground floor, and two levels of basement car parking.

59 France was a finalist in the 2021 New Zealand Building Industry Awards $45-75 million category.

Completed in August 2020, the greatest challenge of this project was the final five months while working through Covid-19 Level 4 lockdown. The effort and collaboration between the main contractor CMP Construction, our team at LIVEFIRM, and subcontractors, meant the project could be coordinated and completed safely and successfully with tightened health measures. Despite these challenges, the project achieved practical completion in 23 months, with LIVEFIRM playing a huge part in the concrete works and internal fit out.
