With 54 floors, including six levels underground, the Seascape will be New Zealand’s tallest residential building. Close to the waterfront and second in height only to the Sky Tower, its foundations reach 20 metres below sea level.

LIVEFIRM is responsible for concrete structure construction, with a demanding schedule that is complicated by the need to restrict concrete pours to the weekend. The site adjoins a heritage building on Customs Street, so extra care must be taken to avoid the risk of disturbance and damage to neighbours.

Working as a key member of the Seascape project team, LIVEFIRM has used all its experience and task management skills to keep construction on track while never compromising on quality.
