This week, our team on the Manukau Health Park project came together to review and refine the fire door installation process - going step by step through each QA hold point and installation detail to ensure every team member is aligned and working to the same consistent standard.

Led by our Door Master, Hong Wei, and Adam Chin, the session wasn’t about ticking boxes; it was about lifting the bar, sharing knowledge, and making sure every fire door meets 100 percent compliance and quality.
