Fletcher Living's Superlot 1 apartment development in Christchurch is taking shape.

LIVEFIRM has reached a key milestone on Fletcher Living's Superlot 1, where our South Island team has been delivering concrete, carpentry and plasterboard works across the seven-building, 64-apartment development.
Our works began with the foundations in August 2025, followed by the concrete mid-floor package - placing approximately 600 m³ of concrete and completing around 2,328 m² of mid-floor.
With that package complete, we are now delivering carpentry across the two main apartment buildings, covering approximately 2,617 m², together with a major share of the plasterboard package spanning six buildings and 40 apartments.
Limited site access and weather-sensitive crane lifting have added complexity, requiring careful planning and coordination across multiple trades throughout delivery. Our workforce peaked at around 40 people on site, and the team has maintained a strong safety record across every stage.
We have valued working closely with Fletcher Living and the wider project team, and look forward to continuing our contribution as the works progress.
