On Sunday 3rd November, Livefirm Construction marked two decades of excellence as one of New Zealand’s leading subcontractors, gathering at the Auckland Museum with our dedicated team, partners, and subcontractors. It was a memorable event, reflecting on Livefirm’s journey and, above all, celebrating the incredible people whose hard work, dedication, and expertise have been the foundation of our success.

Since our founding in 2004, Livefirm has consistently delivered projects as a super subcontractor “on time with pride + safety”. From major hotels and apartments to schools, retail spaces, and community centres, over 100 successful projects—many delivered in partnership with New Zealand’s foremost main contractors—testify to our commitment to quality, trust, and safety. At the heart of this success is our people: their teamwork, clear communication, and rock-solid commitment to safety have allowed us to adapt and thrive in New Zealand’s ever-evolving construction landscape. With Livefirm achieving SiteWise 100% ratings and ISO certifications for Quality, Health & Safety, and Environment this year, we take pride in upholding the highest standards across every project, thanks to our outstanding workforce.
