Congratulations to our team member Xiu Bing, recently recognised by Hawkins with a Leading Safety Award on the WP1 project!

Thanks to Michael Escalona and the Hawkins team for leading the recent Toolbox Talk, which reinforced the importance of the day-to-day decisions we all make on site.

Recognition like this matters — not just to acknowledge one person, but to reinforce the standard we expect across the team: every individual on site must uphold the highest standard of health and safety — not selectively, not occasionally, but at all times — and stay committed to getting everyone home safely.
