With a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying and 10 years of industry experience, Ariel specialises in contract administration, cost negotiation, and budget management. Since joining Livefirm in 2018, she has played a key role in managing project costs while ensuring compliance with New Zealand building codes. Progressing to Senior QS, she also provides peer reviews to uphold quality standards across the team.

Ariel has independently managed over seven major commercial subcontractor projects worth more than $50 million and two main contractor projects exceeding $25 million. She is committed to keeping projects within budget while prioritising clear communication and collaboration to achieve successful outcomes.
