Joseph brings over 20 years of engineering, construction, and site management experience to his role. He spent more than a decade as an Engineer and Site Manager with a tier 1 construction company in South Korea before relocating to Christchurch and joining LIVEFIRM Construction South Island in 2013.

Progressing from Carpenter to Senior Site Supervisor, Joseph later established and operated his own concrete and carpentry subcontracting business before returning to LIVEFIRM in 2025. His experience spans university projects, retirement villages, industrial developments, supermarkets, schools, and large apartment complexes. Combining engineering knowledge with extensive hands-on construction experience, Joseph brings a practical and considered approach to leading teams and managing complex site delivery.
