With over 30 years in the construction industry, Ryan is a Licensed Building Practitioner with expertise in project management, team leadership, and business operations. His experience spans lightweight cladding, large-scale complex residential and commercial projects, and earthquake repairs.

Ryan’s leadership roles include managing a hub for Fletcher EQR during earthquake repairs with a team of 32 staff, as well as serving as Operations Manager at PlaceMakers SFI and Director at Insite Construction Ltd. Known for fostering collaboration and building effective teams, he ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
