With over 20 years in New Zealand’s commercial construction industry and a background in mechanical engineering, Daniel is a Licensed Building Practitioner with Carpentry and Site 2 Licences. He has played a pivotal role in major projects such as Site 6 at the Wynyard Quarter and Britomart Car Park, demonstrating strong technical and leadership skills.

As Head of Workforce Development, Daniel drives upskilling and growth through mentorship, training, and strategic planning. His innovative approach earned him and TK Yong the Site Safe & CHASNZ Safety Excellence Award, reflecting his commitment to fostering technical excellence and adaptability in the construction industry.
