LIVEFIRM has worked closely with construction company CMP and the owners of Albany’s Settler Retirement Village to deliver a $14 million-dollar programme of construction and renovations over a seven-year period.

Our crews have been on-site continuously during that time, providing concrete construction and internal fitouts for the Village’s buildings A through to O. This continuity of operation has enabled LIVEFIRM to work very efficiently and cost-effectively, to the ultimate benefit of the owners. As issues have been resolved on-site, our management teams have been able to roll-out proven solutions time and time again.
