LIVEFIRM Otago (LFOT) strengthens LIVEFIRM’s presence in the South Island and supports clients and project partners across the Otago region. As Director, Satish leads the growth and operations of LIVEFIRM Otago, building relationships with main contractors, project partners, suppliers and the wider construction community while maintaining LIVEFIRM’s standards in quality, service and project delivery.

Born and raised in New Zealand, Satish brings over 16 years of construction experience, including 14 in the commercial sector. Known for his results-driven mindset and commitment to quality, he consistently exceeds client expectations through a dynamic and practical approach.

Satish has successfully led major LIVEFIRM projects at Auckland International Airport and The University of Auckland B201. As a Licensed Building Practitioner with Carpentry and Site licences, his hands-on expertise and deep understanding of construction processes foster seamless collaboration, minimise setbacks, and ensure successful project delivery. His technical skills and strong relationship management make him an invaluable asset to LIVEFIRM’s commercial projects.
